Refund Policy

We charge at an hourly and/or fixed rate for our services. All products and services are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

Exemption

Refunds may only be issued for services that have not been completed yet. In this case, a client must notify Oleksiy Gorbenko by phone or email and let him know that the product or service that was ordered is no longer needed.

Note: it will be at Oleksiy Gorbenko's sole judgement to determine what amount of refund, if any, will be given. Oleksiy will attempt to honestly and fairly judge the amount of work completed and the time it took to complete, and from this calculate an amount that can be refunded, if any. In some cases, if the amount of work done was more than the initial payment, you may still owe money to Oleksiy Gorbenko for the work done so far. By purchasing any product or service, you agree and acknowledge that any refund request is decided on by the sole judgement and opinion of Oleksiy Gorbenko, however subjective and biased it may be.
